The breakfast included a nice variety of options.
The pool was smaller and shallower than I expected based on the photos. I also requested an iron and ironing board, but I was informed these could only be provided temporarily. This is unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber, and it was an inconvenience (especially when getting ready for dinner).

I found the staff very attentive. They always wore smiles and was eager to help. the pool area featured very comfortable sun beds, an excellent spot to unwind after a day out. breakfast was delicious with a wide array of selections available each morning.
The saturday evening party was quite loud and disruptive. I wasn't informed about it beforehand. our room happened to be right above the location of the event. earplugs were provided after we called and asked, but it didn't fully solve the noise issue.

Our sérail double room included a lavish bathroom and immaculate housekeeping services, ensuring a standard of perfection. the room featured oriental elegance with modern comfort. The housekeeping team anticipated every need. the room was kept very clean.

the breakfast selection included many continental options alongside local breakfast choices. the staff are very ready to accommodate requests! the quality of the food was excellent, presentation meticulous and the ingredients used seemed fresh and top-quality, it's very good.

the location was excellent and positioned in a beautiful, exclusive area. i noticed it was a short distance from the médina! this is convenient for exploring while providing a tranquil setting.

the staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to help! the pool area was so peaceful and the sunbeds were super comfy. breakfast was also delicious with so many options!

The advertised photos of the swimming pool were misleading! The pool is small, and its shallow depth makes it unsuitable for adults wanting a proper swim. I also had to request an iron and ironing board. The staff informed me that they could only provide them for a short period! I expected this to be a standard amenity in a five-star hotel.

I was not entirely satisfied with my stay. The photographs of the swimming pool looked so inviting, but it was small and too shallow. It was really not suitable for adults wanting a proper swim. I had to request an iron and ironing board. I was informed they would bring this for a short time, but not for my whole stay. I never heard of a five star hotel that don't provide this as standard.
